MIP was created to instill in the wearer that we are part of a vastly beautiful and global community that we have a responsibility to positively impact as well as help get our planet back to it’s natural beauty.
We lose sight that the world’s oceans are getting more and more polluted every day. We forget deforestation is increasing at an alarming rate. We have to remember that we are part of a bigger system. We’re sharing this planet with over 7 Billion people and if we unite and work together, the actions we take today will have a positive impact on the world we leave for future generations.
To help make that future possible, MIP sources all its products responsibly and sustainably to help reverse the effects of global warming and ultimately lower our carbon footprint. MIP made a commitment that all steps of the manufacturing process from knitting, dying, cutting and sewing are done sustainably and responsibly.
In our factories, we gather unused fabrics from our Original Line and recycle the scraps into new yarn to make our Vintage Line. The Vintage collections are created using a custom designed yarn made from recycled water bottles and post-industrial cotton. MIP Created a product that empowers the wearer through a message that helps us realize that we are all Made In Pangæa!
